Shopped for a brand new MKT. Went to Schaumburg since they are in my backyard. They did not even offer to find what I was looking for and quoted me $1000 under MSRP. Wow $57,000 car and a discount of a $1,000!!! Then I submitted internet request and Nick from Napleton called and was more than helpful finding the right car for me. I got what I wanted at the price that was better than any other quote I was able to get. Nick was very knowledgeable about the technology and features and spent about an hour showing me how to use the car. I recommend this place to everyone that is looking for a straight forward car purchase experience.

PETER AND BRUNO WHERE VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT WITH ME. FORD SAID THE MKX WOULD BE OUT IN THE FALL AND I WENT BACK TO THE DEALER MANY TIMES TO SEE WHEN IT WAS COMING IN AS I WAS LEAVING FOR FLORIDA FOR THE WINTER. I HAD A 2007 MKX AND LOVED IT. I WANTED THE NEW ONE WITH ALL THE NEW FEATURES ON IT. IT IS A GREAT SUV. IT RUNS GOOD AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH IT.

Don in Sales was constantly checking the progress of the repair while I was waiting in the customer lounge.
