“Shopped for a brand new MKT. Went to Schaumburg since they are in my backyard. They did not even offer to find what I was looking for and quoted me $1000 under MSRP. Wow $57,000 car and a discount of a $1,000!!! Then I submitted internet request and Nick from Napleton called and was more than helpful finding the right car for me.
